Införsel av vapen och ammunition för jakt eller tävling (temporärt bruk)
Den resande ska i god tid före ankomsten till Sverige ha ansökt och fått införseltillstånd av polismyndigheten på införselorten. Ett införseltillstånd kan gälla för flera resor under ett års tid från datum för utfärdandet.

Om resenären kommer från annat EU-land skall det också finnas ett Europeiskt vapenpass utfärdat av behörig myndighet i det land där resenären är mantalsskriven/bosatt. Det Europeiska vapenpasset ska innehålla uppgifter om det eller de vapen som medförs för jakt eller tävling.

Vid ankomsten till Sverige ska resenären anmäla sig till Tullverket på införselorten och lämna en vapendeklaration (TV730.2) samt visa upp vapenpasset och införseltillståndet som utfärdats av svensk polismyndighet.

Undantag från uppvisande av införseltillstånd:
Resande från Danmark, Finland och Norge behöver inte införseltillstånd vid införsel av jakt- och tävlingsvapen om giltig vapenlicens utfärdad i den resandes hemland finns, och om vapnet införs för maximalt tre månader.

Vid ankomsten till Sverige ska resenären anmäla sig till Tullverket på införselorten och visa sin vapenlicens eller vapenpass samt lämna en vapendeklaration (Tv730.2).

Om vapendeklaration görs via Internet behöver den resande inte uppsöka tullen vid inresan till Sverige, läs mer i länken Vapendeklaration via Internet [se www.tullverket.se; Orras kommentar].

Observera att för att få införseltillstånd av svensk polismyndighet krävs att vapenhavaren har licens eller motsvarande i sitt hemland för de vapen som skall medföras till Sverige. Vapenhavaren skall dessutom vara inbjuden till jakt eller tävling av arrangör i Sverige.

Utförsel av vapen efter/för jakt eller tävling (temporärt bruk)
Vid utförsel ska den resande anmäla till Tullverket att vapnet/vapnen förs ut, samt återlämna Tullverkets vapendeklaration (TV730.2).
Om vapendeklarationen gjorts via Internet skall utförseln anmälas via dator inom 10 dagar efter utförseltillfället (gäller bara från Danmark, Finland och Norge).

Klargöranden av Orra:

1.Vapendeklaration via internet är bara möjligt för personer boende i Norge, Finland och Danmark och med vapenlicens utfärdade i dessa länder.

2. Införseltillstånd ansökes hos polisen på införselorten, t.ex. Arlanda (08-4015311, Box 38, 190 45 Stockholm-Arlanda). Till ansökan ska skriftlig inbjudan av Orra och kopia på europeiskt vapenpass bifogas. Saknas vapenpass ska kopia på vapenlicens bifogas. Saknas vapenlicens ska skjutintyg eller motsvarande bifogas. Ansökningsavgift för införseltillstånd är 600kr per person. Ansökningsblankett. Införseltillståndet kan gälla flera vapen. Om ni vill att ansökan av införseltillståndet görs av Orra, kostar det 1000kr per tillstånd (person).

Import and export of weapons into and from Sweden.

Import of weapons and ammunition for the purpose of hunting (temporary use)
The visitor shall well in advance before his arrival in Sweden have applied and got an import permit by the police at the place of import.

If the visitor comes from a country within EU, there shall also be a "European weapons passport", issued by the authorities in the home country of the visitor. This weapons passport shall have specifications describing the gun which is being imported.

When arriving in Sweden, the visitor shall report to the Customs Department at the place of import. He shall leave a "weapons declaration" (TV730.2), show his weapons passport and the import permit issued by Swedish police.

Exceptions:
Visitors from Denmark, Finland and Norway does not need to have an import permit.

Observe that in order to get an import permit by the Swedish police, the visitor must have a licence or similar in his home land for the weapon that he will be importing to Sweden. The visitor must also have an invitation to hunt by the arranger.

Export of weapon afterwards hunting
When leaving the country, the visitor shall report to the Customs that the weapon is being exported. Also, the weapons declaration (TV730.2) shall be returned to the Customs.
If the weapons declaration has been done via Internet, the export must be reported within 10 days after the time of export skall (only from Denmark, Finland and Norway).

Comments by Orra

1. Weapons declaration via the Internet is only open for persons living in Norway, Finland and Denmark who have weapons licence issued in any of those countries.

2. Waffeneinfuhr und -ausfuhr

Was Sie brauchen wenn Sie mit Waffen in Schweden ankommen:

1) Eine Einfuhrgenehmigung ausgestellt von der schwedischen Polizei am Ort der Einfuhr, zum Beispiel Arlanda (Telephon: 004684015311, Adresse: Box 38, 190 45 Stockholm-Arlanda, Schweden). 2) Einen europäischen Waffenpass, der von der Behörde Ihrer Heimat ausgestellt ist. Sofern Sie nicht innerhalb der EU leben, bringen Sie Ihren Waffenschein mit.

3) Eine Waffenerklärung, die Sie, bei Ankunft in Schweden beim Zoll ausfüllen.

Wenn Sie von Schweden abreisen:

Deklarieren Sie beim Zoll, dass Sie das Gewehr wieder ausführen. Geben Sie auch die Waffenerklärung beim Zoll zurück.
